Emergency Certificate

Check-List of Documents:-

  • 1. Webportal for Emergency Certificate application: It is mandatory to fill up Emergency Certificate Application form online at the following link: (https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html). And attach two additional photographs of size 50*50 mm.
  • 2. Self-attested copy of current Indian passport (Front and last page)
  • 3. Original Police report for lost passport
  • 4. Copy of return flight ticket
  • 5. Copy of the Visa/Resident Permit
  • 6. City Registration (Meldenbischingung)
  • 7. Receipt/ proof of the fee payment if paid through bank transfer OR one may also pay in cash at the counter
  • 8. Attach a self-addressed prepaid stamped (Euro 4.50) envelope of appropriate size for return of serviced documents.
  • 9. Self Declaration/ Undertaking - Reason for applying Emergency Certificate.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION:

Application along with above mentioned supporting documents are be submitted at the Consulate personally by scheduling an appointment by writing an email at cons.munich@mea.gov.inApplicant (s) presence is mandatory for Emergency Certificate, as he/she has to sign in front of the Consular Officer.

Processing Time: 03 working days from the date of receipt of application in Consulate.

Note: Consulate will not be responsible for the loss of documents in post.
