Fee once paid in the account of Consulate will not be refunded under any circumstances. Excess amount or any amount transferred inadvertently in the account of Consulate will stand forfeited. No communication will be entertained in the matter. For more than one application,it is mandatory to pay separately for each application.Payment proof(Bank transfer receipt)should be attached to each application clearly mentioning the details given below.The lump sum amount transferred for multiple application will not be considered.

Mode of payment : - Fee can be paid in CASH or by  Bank Transfer. For in-person submission of applications (after scheduling an online appointment) one has both the option to pay in cash and by bank transfer. But for postal applications, it is mandatory to make the payment by bank transfer. For bank transfer, payments may be made in advance as it takes 2-3 days to reflect in our bank account and it is mandatory to attach the proof of the payment along with the application form. Please note that the facility to receive the payment by Debit / Credit cards is not available currently.

IMPORTANT: While transferring the service fee for any consular service to the Consulate’s Bank Account given below, please mention the following in the Bank Transfer (Bankuberweisung):

1. Applicant’s Name and Passport Number

2. Name of Consular Service requested for (eg. Passport, OCI, OCI Misc. Service, Renuciation/Surrender, Attestation etc.)

3. File Number of the Application Form, if available on the form
