1. Applicants are requested to transfer exact amount for desired services.

2. Fee once paid in the Consulate’s account will not be refunded under any circumstances. Excess amount or any amount transferred inadvertently in the account of Consulate will stand forfeited. No communication will be entertained in the matter.

3. For more than one application, please pay separately for each desired service. The lump sum amount transferred for multiple applications will not be considered.

4. Please attach payment proof (Bank transfer receipt) with each application, clearly mentioning the details as given below in para 7. The details provided will help us in identifying your payment with the desired service.

5. For postal applications, it is mandatory to make the payment by bank transfer only. Bank transfer should be made to the Consulate’s Bank Account in advance as it takes 2 to 3 days to get the amount reflected in our bank account.

6. Those who are submitting their application in person like Affidavit/POA/GPA/Undertaking, please pay the exact fee at the counter by cash onlyPresently the facility to receive payments by Debit / Credit card is not available.

7. While transferring the fee for any of the consular service please mention the following details in the Bank Transfer (Bankuberweisung):
  • Applicant’s Name and Passport Number

  • Name of Consular Service requested for (eg. Passport, OCI, OCI Misc. Service, Surrender, Attestation, Visa etc.)

  • File Number of the Application Form, if available on the form

8. The Service Fee may be transferred to the following Bank Account of the Consulate:
