List of documents for application of Passport For Asylees / Illegal stay / Duldung / Resident Permit without Indian Passport Number

• Original Passport

• In case of lost passport, Police Report (FIR) for loss of passport with passport number mentioned.

• Online registered application form (https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online)

• Self-attested copy of passport (first and last page)

• Self-attested copy of valid visa or Residence Permit

• Self/attested copy of any 2 Indian Residence Proof (Aadhar Card/Pan Card/Voter’s ID/Ration Card)

• Self-attested photocopy of Meldebescheinigung (City registration)

• Asylees affidavit (Sworn Affidavit - format available in the Consulate)

• Letter from German authorities along with its English Translation from Dolmature explaining the grounds on which Asylum/Duldung was issued to the applicant (Bescheid)

• Letter from German authorities along with its English Translation from Dolmature clarifying the status of asylum process i.e. whether pending or rejected or accepted (Niederschrift)

• Confirmation letter (original along with English translation) from German authority that you will be granted residence permit.

• Confirmation letter (original along with English translation) from the German authority that you are not under the order of deportation.

• Confirmation letter (original along with English translation) from the German authority that you have not acquired German nationality or German Travel Document.

• Fact sheet regarding your arrival and stay in Germany

• Two recent passport-size photographs
