A. Issue of Birth Certificate

Birth Certificate would be issued only on the basis of particulars of valid Indian passport.

B. Police Clearance Certificate (PCC-Indian National)

• Processing Time: 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt of application in the Consulate. However, it may take longer as it depends on the receipt of the clearance from Police Authorities in India.

C. Police Clearance Certificate (PCC-Foreign National)

D. Name Change Certificate

Name Change Certificate would be issued on the basis of particulars of Indian passport. If name has been changed in passport, then only one is eligible for the Name Change Certificate.

E. No Objection for Newborn Name

6. Proof of Birth of the Child as this certificate cannot be issued in anticipation of the birth.

F. Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Certificate

An NRI certificate is an official document issued by the Consulate that confirms a person's status as a Non-Resident Indian (NRI).

2. Self attested copy of current Indian passport (all pages from first to last; clearly indicating page number).

3. List of their entry/exit into/from India to confirm length of total stay in foreign country during a particular financial year (April to March). Click here for Entry/Exit Form.

4. An affidavit/declaration that they have stayed abroad for more than 182 days during a particular financial year (March to April).

G. OCI Status Certificate

H. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM:
